  An Introduction to Film Form In the shining clip we see the boy riding his trike through the hotel while being followed by a camera man with a steadicam, This gives the viewers the sense of actually being in the hotel following the boy around and watching his every move. The use of a steadicam removes any sort of abnormalities as if you were just holding the camera with your hands and walking behind the character there will be a lot more camera shake which would distract the viewer from what is actually going on in the frame. The steadicam makes the whole shot more fluid which adds to the realistic effect of putting the viewer in the hotel with the boy and following his movements. This is done so that people can see it's not just normal people who suffer from stress and mental health but also big celebrities which would hopefully make them more comfortable with talking about themselves.  In this mental health advert we see how the scene is constantly moving in order to keep up the pace of the action, this could link with people who have busier days suffer more from mental health and stress due to the responsibilities they have. The scene also changes with the help of jump cuts cutting to different scenes quite frequently this could be to simulate a busy work day.  A1.1 Explore and develop investigation skills for informing ideas A1.2 Explore and develop problem solving skills. With my project I hope to achieve an effective sound design for the video i have chosen. The purpose of the video is to promote the company in the video in this case a car valet company the aim of the video is to promote their brand so they can ultimately have more clients to work with.  The target audience for this project are people who are interested in getting their car cleaned professionally and to a high standard which is what the video portrays to them. With the development in the sound design for the video i hope to intrigue them into watching the full video and the sound will help them watch on as it will be something different which they may not have listened to before.
