GMO Documentary




  The brief was to create a documentary on a topic of our choice. Alex and the merry men productions decided to create a documentary on GMOs. We filmed most of our shots well and got a good solid short documentary at the end of it. The editing went smooth and very well.  

We could have made sure all our group was in on each day of recording so we could re do any shots that needed re doing. We could have also shot an outro so it feels more finished and doesn't end as abrupt as it does.

  An Introduction to Film Form In the shining clip we see the boy riding his trike through the hotel while being followed by a camera man with a steadicam, This gives the viewers the sense of actually being in the hotel following the boy around and watching his every move. The use of a steadicam removes any sort of abnormalities as if you were just holding the camera with your hands and walking behind the character there will be a lot more camera shake which would distract the viewer from what is actually going on in the frame. Smile Campaign | Pre Production

  Pre - Production  Equipment List I have created an equipment list in order to know what equipment i will need to create my print and tv advert. I have also added where they will be used and if i have obtained them yet which you can see I have. I have created this in order to be organised and to see what i need to create my end product. The Equipment list has been made so I know what I need in order to create  my end product with good quality footage which will appeal to the viewers. Risk Assessment From  I have created a risk assessment from in order to show what possible hazards there are when filming and shooting photos for my adverts. As i will do most of my filming and shooting at home then i can safely say there are not a lot of possible hazards as its a safe environment.
